Fittings for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries
WCB-Flow Products offers the widest range of fittings and surface finishes available for use in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. Fittings are offered in a wide range of sizes from ½" through 6 " in both buttweld and S-Line clamp connections according to ASME BPE standards. Interior surface finishes are available from 20 Ra Max mechanical polish to 10 Ra Max Electropolished per ASME BPE specifications. Additionally, BPE dimensionally compliant fittings also are offered in an unpolished surface finish.
Material and Traceability
WCB-Flow Products offers fittings to BPE dimensions in 316L, and other specialty alloys. All fittings are permanently marked with original heat numbers allowing full traceability back to the original stainless steel supplier. MTR information is available for download from our website at www.spxprocessequipment .com. All tubular materials meet ASTM A269 / A270 requirements and all machined components meet the requirements of ASTM A479.

BIO-PHARM FITTINGS....
VNE’s Bio-Pharm Fittings are manufactured in accordance to ASME BPE specifications. In addition to heat numbers being permanently etched, a manufacturing job number is also etched. This ensures total traceability for a consistent, high quality product manufactured specifically for the pharmaceutical and high purity markets.
BIO-PHARM FITTINGS SPECIFICATIONS....
Product: Bio-Pharm Fittings are produced to the ASME BPE Specifications.
Size Range: Bio - Pharm Fittings are available in sizes 1/2½ through 6½.
Materials: All Fittings are fabricated in T316L Stainless Steel for superior corrosion resistance and low carbon precipitation of welds.
Finish: A variety of surface finishes are available.
Marking: The products are etched with heat numbers, grade of material, ASME Code, Internal Surface Symbol (SFF#), plus VNE markings. Individual fittings fabricated of more than one original component during the manufacturing process will carry multiple heat numbers for full identification and traceability. Material Test Reports are shipped with every order.
