CSMI focuses on the Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech industries and fully understands the requirement for proper documentation and traceability. All orders include all applicable certificates of compliance and MTRs. Our custom fabrications turnover package may also include welding maps and logs and boroscope videos of non-visible internal weld areas. All of the documentation you receive stays electronically filed with us. This gives us the ability to easily retrieve any document in the event that you may need a duplicate.

Traceability and Identification

Marking - CSMI utilizes a Dot Peen marking system for creating permanent identification of heat numbers, serial numbers or any other component parts identification required by the customer. We also offer Electro- Etching for permanent, stress-free metal marking which is useful for marking metal components to assure they are returned to the proper area of operation after being removed for cleaning or service.

Tags - CSMI can provide quality stainless steel tags pin stamped with identification numbering for marking valves or other components used in the manufacturing process.
